In today’s high-pressure, complex, “busy-ness” world, it’s hard to get quality time to think, let alone get quality time alone with your boss and/or your team. When you do meet, it’s more often in a formal meeting setting with others in attendance and politics often influences discussion on matters. Consequently, often meetings are attended by your team, with little or no quality thought or consideration having been given to agenda items by way of preparation.
